SWIM
AFC's Swim Team, the Tigers, is a member of the Northern Virginia Swim League (NVSL). The NVSL is the largest summer swim league in the United States. More than 15,000 swimmers compete for over 100 teams in 17 divisions, comprised of six teams each. The Tigers are in Division 9 for the 2010 swim season.

Communications
Each family will have a mailbox folder located in the lost and found area near the swim team bulletin board. This is one of the methods we use to communicate with you. Please check your box regularly.
We use our team email listserve extensively to communicate with our swim team families. Our Tiger Tales newsletter goes out regularly via the listserve. If your e-mail has changed, or you would like to be added to the list, just send us an e-mail at swimteam@arlingtonforestclub.org or @ 703-812 8059. Copies of Tiger Tales will also be posted on this site.
Swim Suits for 2011
The Tigers will continue to use the same swim suits as last season. If swimmers need new suits for 2011, the girls suit is the orange and black Zebra Haze and the boys suit is the orange and black Soundwaves. Sport Fair already has the suits in stock. With the team discount, the boys suits are $32.75 plus tax. The girls suits are $52.00 plus tax. Be sure to tell the Sport Fair staff that you are with Arlington Forest.
