AFC Board
The Board of Directors are volunteers elected from AFC Membership. Board members serve a two-year term, club officers are elected every year. The Board is governed by Arlington Forest Club Bylaws.

Long Range Plan
As amended, March 15, 2005
This plan is intended to address major projects affecting the facilities or services provided by Arlington Forest Club over the period between 2005 and 2015. The plan covers only major or significant actions or improvements and does not address minor, even essential projects and expenditures needed to maintain operations. The plan is developed to meet the requirements of the Arlington Forest Club By-Laws.
On-Going Operations
The Arlington Forest Club will maintain all services and facilities provided to members in good operating condition.
Planned Capital Improvements
Two major capital improvements are priorities during the period covered by this long range plan:

Replacement of the pool

Replacement/upgrade of the bathhouse
Each capital project is described below.
Pool Replacement
The Arlington Forest Club intends to replace the existing pool preferably within the next two years. The pool replacement project will include all necessary construction and improvements to infrastructure, for example decks, pumps, or other ancillary equipment mandated by engineering designs and/or local legal requirements. These changes may also include improvements to parking or improved provisions for handicap access.
Replace/Upgrade the Bathhouse
The Club intends to initiate major improvements to the bathhouse before 2015. These improvements may include a complete replacement of the bathhouse. The improvements/replacement of the bathhouse is intended to meet the following objectives:

Improve services to the members

Address long term maintenance expenses associated with the current bathhouse
